Thank you for considering sponsoring our conference. Home schoolers take seriously the church’s command to be the primary educators of their children. Despite paying local school taxes they do not ask for any money from anyone. Yet, the demands of home schooling are great. Most home schooling families have many children and are attempting to teach various grade levels at the same time. Their efforts are worthwhile as national tests (included) that home schooled children “out-perform their counterparts in the public schools by 18 to 28 percentile points in all subjects.” 1

We are trying to rally these families by trying to give them a conference that encourages them, and strengthen them to continue in this very important mission
